For example, if you wish to add a task linked to the preparation of an appointment already registered in Moovago, click on the appointment title (in purple) to access its sales follow-up and add further elements.   <strong>Please note that you can only have one reminder per sales follow-up!<\/strong>  If your sales follow-up already includes one, you&#8217;ll need to create a new sales follow-up.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>If you wish to create a task or reminder not linked to an<\/strong><b> existing <\/b> sales <strong>follow-up item<\/strong>, click on the &#8220;Add sales follow-up&#8221; button or on the &#8220;Add tasks &amp; reminders&#8221; button. Then, in the window that appears, click on &#8220;Add a task&#8221; to unfold <strong>the Tasks section or the Dunning section,<\/strong> and start typing. follow-up. You can create a list of specific tasks for your prospects, and another for your customers, with different labels. <\/p><p>If you&#8217;ve already been presented with task labels, simply click on the desired task type to add it. It represents the priority assigned to the task, according to the following logic (from lowest to highest priority): <\/p><ul><li>Empty flame: no priority,<\/li><li>1 yellow flame: low priority,<\/li><li>2 orange flames: medium priority,<\/li><li>3 red flames: high priority.<\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p>Assigning a priority to your tasks will enable you to sort and prioritize them (see &#8220;Managing tasks and reminders&#8221;).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb1147b elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"eb1147b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-698c8f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"698c8f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Create and set up a reminder<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6f19f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c6f19f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Once the sales follow-up window is open, go to the &#8220;Dunning&#8221; section.<\/p><p>If the sales follow-up has already been unfolded and completed (in the case of an existing sales follow-up), you won&#8217;t be able to add any new ones.
