You can view the mileage of a single round directly in Moovago.<\/p>

Once you’ve chosen all the companies you want to visit on a round, Moovago gives you an overview of the route you’ll need to take.<\/p>

At the bottom of the route creation window, you’ll see the estimated driving time and mileage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To find out the total mileage for a set of tours, you need to export all the tours in question in Excel format<\/b>. Of course, these rounds must have been completed and recorded in Moovago. <\/p>

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn this file, a line corresponds to a company visited as part of a round.\n\nIn the first line of each round, you can view the driving time and mileage<\/b> for that round, in the “Duration” and “Distance” columns<\/b> respectively. To see the total mileage of all these rounds, simply select the “Distance” column<\/b>. This will automatically add up all the boxes in this column (result at the bottom of the Excel window). From the exported Excel file, you can retrieve the mileage of rounds carried out over a specific period.<\/p>

  • To do this, in Excel, select the first row with the column headings<\/b>.<\/li>
  • Next, click on the“Data” tab<\/b> and then on “Filter”<\/b>.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    You can see that small arrows have appeared next to each column header. By clicking on the arrow in the “Date” column,<\/b> you can select the year and\/or month of interest<\/b>. Here, we’ll uncheck everything except March 2024, to get the mileage for that month. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    To keep your total kilometers traveled up to date, remember to systematically add the companies you visit on your rounds to your Routes<\/b>.<\/p>

    Don’t forget toinclude companies<\/b> you hadn’t planned to visit, but which you ended up visiting as part of your physical prospecting <\/b>, for example.<\/p>
