Maybe he&#8217;s just been busy. <\/p><p>Ask if there&#8217;s a better time to contact him: Tax years, budget planning or waiting for additional funding sources can play a huge role in whether or not your offer is considered at this time.<\/p><p>Ask to close the file: If timing isn&#8217;t a factor, ask if you can close the file.
