In this case, you&#8217;ll have to create a new sales follow-up. <\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">If, as in our case, you wish to add tasks to your follow-up but they already exist, simply click on the tag corresponding to the task you wish to add, or type it in via the &#8220;Other task for this report&#8221; field.<\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">When you&#8217;ve finished, be sure to click on<b>&#8220;Save&#8221; <\/b>so as not to lose your entry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ef1831 elementor-alert-info class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-886c8f2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"886c8f2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In contrast to this first case, you should<b>add a new sales follow-up if you wish to create a follow-up item<\/b> that has nothing to do with any task, event or reminder already existing in Moovago.<\/p><p>For example, you approach a prospect by phone who tells you he&#8217;s not interested at the moment: no sales follow-up exists, so you create a new account to take note of a telephone reminder, write up a report and plan a reminder for a few months from now.<\/p><p><b style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-49a30e0 ); font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji'; font-size: 1rem;\"> <\/b><\/p><p>A new sales follow-up can only be created <b>from a company file<\/b>.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4578\">In a company file, you have two choices:<\/p><ol><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"4578\">Click on the <b>&#8220;Add sales follow-up&#8221; button in the top right-hand corner of the file<\/b> (see <b>button 1<\/b> in the screenshot below, available on PC and tablet),<\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"4578\"><b>OR navigate to the section corresponding to the sales follow-up item you wish to create<\/b> (either Reports, Tasks &amp; Reminders or Events) then click on the green button at the top right of the block, starting with &#8220;Add&#8230;&#8221;.  <\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e5e491 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"9e5e491\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
