What is a business consultation?
In Moovago, a business deal can contain several consultations. In concrete terms, a consultation represents :
A precise quote,
A specific brand,
An associated amount.
This approach is particularly well-suited to independent sales agents and sales representatives for several companies who manage different brands simultaneously.
However, it’s perfectly possible to use Business tracking if you’re working for just one brand/company, using just one consultation.
If you share your Moovago account with a principal who has his/her own user session, he/she will only be able to see the consultations linked to his/her brand. In this way, your data remains strictly confidential and secure.
Where can I find my business consultations?
Here’s how it works:
Go to “Business tracking” in the application, then to the business in question.
Under the general case summary, you’ll see a list of existing consultations. You can select one or more consultations according to your needs.
Each consultation clearly displays :
The principal (the brand represented),
The amount of the quote,
The commission rate,
Contact for this consultation.
You can add a quotation or any other document required for this consultation.
How do I use Moovago business consultations?
You can add, modify or delete a consultation at any time, simply by clicking on the “Modify” button associated with the consultation concerned.
