Delete your team's account and all its members

As a team manager, you can delete the Moovago account of your entire team.
The accounts and data of all the users in your team, as well as all their personal data, will be permanently deleted in 30 days.

You will have a grace period of 30 days after the deletion request, during which the accounts will appear as temporarily deactivated. You can cancel the deletion during this period by logging back into the application (mobile or web). Once this period has elapsed, the accounts will be permanently deleted (within 24 hours).

This page explains how to delete and restore your entire team’s Moovago account. These operations can only be performed by the team manager.

What will be removed?

If you delete your entire team’s account, you and all your team members will no longer be able to access Moovago applications or services.

After deleting the team account, the personal data of all team members will also be deleted from all Moovago services accessible by your members in 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legitimate business or legal purposes. We may need to retain information relating to purchases, records showing that we have deleted your account or data that is part of an active lawsuit.

Member data deleted from the application Moovago

  • Last name, first name, title, telephone number and e-mail address
  • Sponsorship ID
  • All the content (customer records, reports, notes, uploaded files and photos, etc.) that your members have created in the Moovago application, and whose owner is a user belonging to your team.

Member data that will not be deleted from the application Moovago

All content (customer files, reports, notes, uploaded files and photos, etc.) that you have created in the Moovago application, and whose owner is not a user belonging to your team. All personal data mentioned in these contents, such as names or e-mail addresses typed in a note or report, for example.

Delete your team’s account

To delete your team’s account, as well as those of your members :

1. Log in to your account at https://moovago.app or on the Moovago mobile application.

2. Go to the Settings menu (On web: bottom left / On mobile: on the home screen, click on the character(s) icon top right).

3. Select Settings <your company>

4. Select Account management

5. Select Delete team account

6. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, carefully read the warning message about what happens to deleted accounts and data.

7. Select the Delete button to confirm that you wish to delete it, or select the Cancel button otherwise.

What happens after you delete your team’s account?

Your access to the application and that of your team members will be suspended immediately.

During the 30-day grace period following an account deletion request, other users will still see your name in the application. When your account is permanently deleted, Former Member will appear in place of your name.

The accounts of all users in your team and all their personal data will be permanently deleted from Moovago applications after an account has been deleted.

Restore deleted team account

If you change your mind, you can restore your team account (and all its data) before the end of the 30-day grace period. Once the grace period is over, your account will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to restore it.

To restore a team account :

1. Log in to your account at https://moovago.app or on the Moovago mobile application.

2. Select Cancel deletion on the screen that appears.

The accounts and data of all the users in your team, as well as all their personal data, will now be restored, and you will be able to connect to the Moovago application.
